At the age of thirty three, in 1995, living in Sheffield and a director of a finance company I started to realise I was very unhappy and was feeling more and more dis-contented with my life.

Two question's that was going around in my head was;
'Who am I?' and 'Why aren't I happy?'.

I then started on the path of self discovery and learning about the mind and heart. Although I feel I have gained more insight, more awareness and more responsibility, in relationships, especially with myself, after sixteen years of exploring there is still a long way to go - thank the Universe - I believe if you achieve what you set out to achieve, what are you going to do after that?

I began receiving counselling on a course at Loxley College in 1996 which led to many other courses, trainings, therapies, some academic some experiential. Looking for - happiness - I now realise it's beyond my conditioning or the way I was programmed and led to believe what life was about.

Professional Memberships

I have two diplomas in Hypnotherapy and a Advanced diploma in Pure Hypno-analysis. I have been in private practise for over ten years.

I'm registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and a member of the International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysts (IAPH). The association is dedicated to the professional and ethical use of hypnosis while practising psychoanalysis for the treatment of nervous disorders and emotional problems.
